Hi there can any one help please driving my custom van down the road today and lost all power and my service light came on when i checked under the bonnet there was also that looks like a oil leak any ideas pls cheers

    On the very limited info given, I would suggest that the 'oil leak' where ever it has sprung has caused a massive drop in pressure, which has then activated some kind of 'limp home' function as the engine tries to save itself from catastrophic damage hence loss of power. You'll be needing the services of a proper mechanic to sort you out mate... I would try & resist the urge to drive until sorted, engines don't work well with no oil!

    Hi stephen ive checked the dipstick and there is oil but obviously its lost some what do you think it could possibly be mate as i didnt get no notice in this happening like a bang judder nothink at all just like ide swittched it off and then the service required came up on the clocks ive tryed to turn it over but like you say its like its got no pressure to turn it over
