As title peeps,,

I’ve noticed that the A/C comes on when it’s on the front screen setting,, is there away to stop it automatically coming on

Remember that A/C stands for 'Air Conditioning' not 'Air Cooling' and therefore can provide warm air as well as cold.

When you select air to the front screen the A/C is turned on to provide 'dry' air to demist or defrost the screen as quickly as possible. The temperature is set independently depending on what you select.

So the answer is 'no' you can't turn the A/C off when you select air to the front screen. Hope this helps.

Allowedly handy feature here in Northern Europe. Much faster for drying/demisting windshield than fan only (e.g. my old hobby car).

Cheers mate didn’t realise it did warm air too 🤣,, but as mine has quick clear front screen so tend to use that. It was more when engine was warm and I get out then come back and the thing comes on again,, but cheers for the info and the the help 

if you turn the dial just passed the screen setting, the a/c doesnt come on
