We recently bought a motorhome built on Ford transit and I hear the bezel on the drivers lock is a security risk. There are lots of replacements bezels and locks etc but I wondered if I could just have it removed and fill the hole? I don't know how locks work so I don't know if that would break the wireless lock too. If we needed to use a lock to get in, we can gain entry via the motorhome door.

    You can remove and have blank fitted . Won't affect the remote fob. But how secure is the motorhome lock? I would get an extra remote fob coded depending on how many fobs you have now. Incase you loose one.
