hi guys

i am in need of the full manual for my car but no idea where to look, can anyone advise please?

i really need to know whats what in my car, just last night i was looking in the glove compartment and there was a black square plastic thing that can come out when you press the 2 catch, i thought it might be the pollen filter housing but i really dont know.

with the manual i would be able find out everything that is on my car.

many thanks again guys 🙂

Do you mean the owner's instruction manual or a Haynes type workshop manual?

Both can be found on eBay for £10 ro £15 each.

Photos of what you are looking at would be helpful.

yeah something like a owners manual but not as much as the haynes if that makes sense, haynes is very specific/in depth details.

i have the owners manual but it doesnt show the plastic thing inside the glovebox.

will take some pictures later as i am getting ready to go shopping.

The user manual supplied with the car doesn't show how to change the pollen filter.

There is a section for it in the Haynes manual.

The pollen filter is above the fuse box/control unit above the passenger side footwell.

You have to remove plastic clips, disconnect some wiring and undo a few screws to get to it.

I have never actually tried to change mine.

The Mk2 pre facelift manual disappeared from that site a couple of years ago...no idea where it went.  If you put 2007 as the year, that will give you a slightly later Focus manual, but better than nothing.

Yes it's for storing your owners handbook or service book in. Keeps it out of the way of stuff in the glove box.
