Ford Focus USB Port under the Armrest

Featured Replies

Hello, everyone,
I bought a Ford Focus MK4 St Line. Unfortunately, there is no USB port under the armrest. I would like to retrofit this.
What do I need for this? Is there a guide for this?

Kind regards

That will only work if the OP is wanting a USB charging port. If he intends to use it for music or data it will need to be connected to the APIM

If you already have two fully working USB ports then I'm afraid you have the maximum that your Infotainment system can handle. You could buy a USB hub and then use the cable to one of the existing ports to feed the USB hub and then connect the original port to one of the outputs on the USB hub and that way you could probably have 4 or 5 working USB ports.
