swap transmission internals?

Featured Replies

Good day everyone, I'm new here.
I come with a big question
I have a petrol 2014 ford focus st with the damaged transmission precisely gear 2 and 4
trying to lower the cost a little I have been investigating and the diesel transmission is a little cheaper, it is possible to exchange the internals or it would be a direct swap?
this is the model im looking for F1FR7002PCC

Note that there are 3 different version of the 2.0 TDCI MMT6 transmission.  On all of them the ratio of the 4th gear and final drive ratio are completely different  from the 2.0 ECOboost MMT6 transmission.
