Spanner & See Manual message on screen + reduced power

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I have a diesel Ford Galaxy 2.0 Titanium X Ecoblue (2019) with 20000 miles. 2 weeks ago a message appeared on the screen with a spanner and "see manual" text. The power was reduced for a couple of second. There were no any other error lights on the dashboard since then. I went to a garage to check logs and they found something related to CAN "no communication" but they said it is not serious. Today the same issue occured. I am not sure if the power went down again as my speed was very slow. Is there anyone who experienced the same issue before? Could you give me an advice what could be the reason of this issue? Should I go to a Ford Dealer to check and repair the car or can I choose any other garages? I am going to Europe for a long drive (cca. 3000 miles) soon so I want to make sure that everything is fine with my car. Thank you for your advice. 😉

Is it manual or automatic ?

Either use FORScan and read the fault codes (DTC's) yourself or take it to a Ford dealer
