hi all new to forum,i have a transit,the wife a mondeo,

the wifes mondeo 1.8 r redg has a intermitant,speedo probs sometimes works sometmes not,could happen any time,speedo will stop,and just before its starts again the fuel light comes on(althou plenty fuel in the tank)then every thing is fine for a while,any one got ideas what to check first,im not adverse to using a spanner,many thanks
