Speakers Upgraded but very few differences

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, this is my first post, I'm looking for some help.

I own a Ford Fiesta Titanium (should be 2007, don't remember at the moment, 170.000 km).

I have just upgreaded my stock Ford Fiesta Titanium speaker to a Hertz Kit paid 300€ (in Italy).
The Kit contained 2 Speakers, 2 Twitters and 2 Boxes (which should be amplifiers and splitters)

As you can understand, I'm a newbie and I followed friend suggestions.
My father, a mechanic, setted up the new plant.

Everything is working but the sound is almost the same.
I would say +15% quality, +1% power.

Are we missing something? The radio is the same, can it be the reason why I dont see any improvement? Maybe becasue the radio can't handle all the new plant power..?
Any suggestions? Thanks to everyone!

The source is the same, the standard sound processor, especially if using the Sony headunit will be the cause, using something like a pioneer S1000 will help.

also the supplied boxes are crossovers not amplifiers

@MarksSTThanks for the reply, can you explain it better for a newbie?
I mean, is the sound processor inside the radio? Should I change it to hear improvements?

Do I have to change the whole radio or, as you mentioned, I can only change the processor?

Thanks ❤️
