Today while tshooting the restraint module on live data from Autel/Forscan i noticed ECU Main Voltage Supply data pit was at 24.5v Ign on and 28-29V with engine running! my battery while charging is receiving around 14.5v from the alternator. I clearly don't think this is normal and im not sure where to start.

 

its the 1.6TDCI 09, i wanted to backprobe the PCM for true voltage supply but i dont know the correct pins.

 

Ever seen this or any ideas?
