Rear Door Body Plastic or Rubber Cap / Plug

I have 2 x 2018 Ford Focus bought used. Great cars.  Both of them are missing a plastic/rubber oblong cap or plug in the interior body near the bottom of the rear passenger door. It is a hole through the sheet metal I'm concerned splash, salt could get in.  Both ARE present on the driver rear side.

I can not find this on a schematic so can't come up with a part number.  Any help?

    Take one of the others off and there should be an engineering number on it. Google that and it may come up with a ford part number. Can you take a photo so we can see what your after?
