Tdci engine issue

Morning all. My 2008 focus 1.8tdci has started to develop a small issue. Seems to drive fine, but 50% of the time when I come to a stop at either lights or junctions etc, the engine feels very lumpy for around 5 to 10 seconds before it seems to sort itself out. The rev needle isn't bouncing at all, I have just changed the front hydro mount as that was bad. I'm about to give it a full service but wondered if anyone on here has any ideas as to what may be causing this or where to start looking. I originally thought idle control valve but as the rev needle is steady I'm not sure that's it. Any advice appreciated.

    Also I might add that it seems worse when the air con is switched on
