wiping start delay

Featured Replies

Hello dear ones, I am a beginner and that is why I ask, I have a Fiesta 2014 and I am bothered by the fact that when I apply the spray on the windshield the wipers leave first and then comes the splash their's. My question is if there is and if anyone knows of a wiper start setting 2 seconds after you sprayed the forscan or whatever programs? Thanks!

and the short answer is 'No'

@unofix Thanks and the answer was enough to just search, in other words I have to be content with that!

Try pressing the button softly and you can get the water to fire without setting the wipers going

What doylie means, (sorry doylie) is press the button for a very very short time, less than half a second, a few times, this spraying water on screen. I do it sometimes to get a fair bit of water on screen before a wipe of wipers. 👍

I understand, this is a good idea and I will try it at the first opportunity, thank you both for the tip

If you just stab the washer button quickly a few times it will wet the screen then give it a long press then the wipers will start and the washers will go full power.

nah, no it doesn't work, anyway stupid and incomprehensible this problem on the part of the Ford staff, anyway, I resigned myself to this situation!
