Window will not close on auto

I have a 2018 focus. My drivers window will open on auto but will not close. It closes if you hold the switch down but when it gets to the top it automatically drops down to approx 3/4 open.

does anyone know if there is a window re-set sequence please or if there is a problem with the motor/switch.

    It's a safety feature called "bounce back". If it thinks there is something stopping the window from fully closing (like your fingers) then it will cause the motor to reverse.

    Sometimes they get a bit over sensitive. There is a full procedure in the handbook for resetting Bounce back, or you can turn the function off.
