    Transits aren't my area, but as you haven't had much luck with other threads, I'll try and advise where I can.

    First question is how many wheel nuts does your transit have?  5 or 6?

    Yeah, looks like 5x160.  That rules out wheels from pretty much every Ford car unfortunately.  (Focus, Mondeo, SMax etc all 5x108.)

    I don't know of any other 5x160s off hand, but can have a look tomorrow if no one else replies.

    Just checked.  Can't find anything decent with 5x160PCD unfortunately.  Kia Bongo, Iveco Daily and a few Tata's.

    Looks like the only choices you've got are Transit wheels or aftermarkets.
