Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the sync 4 system on focus mk4.5? I have a black screen, although I can still hear audio coming from the radio so the system is still on in the background.

    For vehicles equipped with a volume/power and right seek button, press and hold both the volume/power and right seek button for 10 seconds and the system will reboot. 

    For vehicles not equipped with a volume/power button, holding the seek right and volume down buttons on the steering wheel controls will reboot the SYNC 4 system.
