Sync 3.4 (22110) - voice commands navigation

Featured Replies

Hi All,

After your help once again please.

Just picked up a 2020 focus with Sync 3.4 - 22110 product, and going through to see what has changed and the main thing I am having trouble with is with the voice commands and navigation;

Usually you speak 'find an address' and then on the next screen it asked for number, street name, town, etc.

But when I say 'find an address' it hangs and then asks to start spelling the town, which I cant seem to get past.

All the other voice commands seem the same as my Sync 3.0 focus, so am I doing something wrong? or have Ford changed things?

Many thanks

PS.  Its all updated with F11 maps, etc.
