2019 Ford Focus mk4 St line x 1.5, 180bhp - no boost - help reqd

Featured Replies

Hi, earlier in the week when travelling on motorway the amber engine light came on with car losing power. Pulled into motorway services and called RAC.

RAC scanned car which gave error codes P0245 & P0246, having checked the turbo actuator was working, vacuum to solenoid was working and all vacuum pipes where OK, diagnosis - turbo boost solenoid fault, with a new one required.

Limped home and now trying to find a garage to confirm fault.

Car starts and runs fine, just has no power.

Anyone had a similar problem and what was the outcome?

Thanks

Yes my boost solenoid went and it went into limp mode so changed mines and removed the code and it was fine since.
