I have took a picture of the engine bay, can someone confirm it’s not an Mhev.

there are other clues it’s not but for now let’s start with the engine.

Well put the registration number in the governments Road Tax checker and see what it is listed as.

Doesn’t really show what I need to see.

One of the issues is my insurance say it is based on putting my registration in but other sources say it isn’t.

Is there a large battery pack under the drivers (or might be passenger) seat ?

Doesn't look like mhev from the photo.

I’m not with the car right now to have a look, is it obvious?

His reg isn't recognised , must have been private reg before

Edit, was private plate. And not mhev. The alternator in the photo was a give away . Didn't look like the 48v alternator pulley.

Are they your car details? Was MHEV even available in 2019?

I don't think it was. Autotrader only show mhev from 70 plate onwards

Ok, update time.

Spoke with ford, who confirmed it’s a standard 1.0 eco boost, so went back to where I bought and they are sourcing me one that is Mhev, as someone said they didn’t do Mhev until 2020.

they are quite confused tho as various sources say the car is Mhev but others say not.

anyway it’s sorted now 🙂
