Sync 3

Featured Replies

Hi everyone

I've not long got my car and I've noticed that I have no menu for vehicle settings on the touchscreen. Is this something that has to be enabled on a different menu?

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Cally

It's been ages since I looked at my vehicle settings but I think I accessed it through the dashboard display rather than the touchscreen.

it's accessed using the buttons on the steering wheel.

Do you know which button this is?

okay so I found the vehicle settings but the setting I was looking for and I thought it might be in there was to change the adaptive lighting, I googled and it said it can be changed I cant find the setting where it says

Looks like it's detailed on page 118+ of the user manual - how it's set depends upon the size of the screen.

Have you checked this already?

The car in your profile picture has halogen headlights. There won’t be a setting for adaptive lights.

You can't change the colour on most models (only ST and Vignale PFL), the brightness changes with the instrument dimmer. There might be an option to turn them off the in the driver's display, but the Sync 3 setting is only for the multi-colour ambient lighting on the PFL Vignale and ST.
