Fiesta ST induction kits worth it?

Featured Replies

Hi, I own a 2014 Fiesta ST3 and I'm doing a few upgrades.

Custom stainless steel exhaust, Bilstein front struts with Eibach 20mm lowering springs (as I'm replacing the front struts, I figured new springs would be a good idea) are definitely going on the car. I want to install a better radiator and intercooler too as I think it's a good idea, and have it remapped.

Now, with all of that, would an induction kit actually add anything of note? I've heard they are pretty pointless tbh

I 1st put a K&N induction kit onto my brand new 1982 XR2, looked lovely, all that shiny chrome. Then went to fit one on nearly all my cars including my last Celica GT4. I can honestly say I never noticed any 'performance' difference whatsoever LOL

However, they sometimes give out a nice noise, and cheer up a boring engine bay...
