i have a ford grand c-max, last week my head gasket was blown, so i replaced the cylinder head due this was broken, everything back together, i am left with p0106, and car wont start, timing is good, what can cause this problem please?

MAP sensor left unplugged?

Which engine is it?

Map sensor is plugged, engine is m1da 1.0 ecoboost

Wasn't expecting that!  Didn't realise they put the 1.0EB in the Grand CMax.

There are 2 MAP sensors on the 1.0EB if you weren't aware.  If you're using Forscan, you could see if there's a live data PID for both sensors.  If not, and assuming you've checked for leaks in the intake pipes, you'll need a multimeter to test the MAP sensors/wiring. 

Would also reset the throttle body if possible, though I'm not sure of the procedure for that on the 1.0EB.

I have the same issue after replacement of engine 1.0 ecoboost, the car won't start and the only code are P0106.

I have try to change the manifold pressure sensor and boost pressure sensor, when the MAF sensor is out of the hole at air the car have no obd code but won't start too.

Has the engine started all since replacing the engine? Does it sound/feel like the engine is trying to start or is it just spinning with the starter and nothing happening? When you turn the ignition on can you hear the the fuel priming?

The engine was never start after replacing. Only spinning engine no more than 2s and nothing happening. I ear noise of fuel pump in the tank.

Have you checked the Pressure readings from the MAP, Boost Pressure Sensor and Baro Sensor if your car has one?. they should all be Atmospheric Pressure with the Ignition on.
