Quadlock

Morning guys, cant prevaricate any longer time to start my sub. Headunit out, one small snagette quadlock wont go that last little bit to release. I dont want to force it incase gorilla grip here breaks it, any suggestions. I need it out to redo the bluetooth patch and add the remote wire. I want to solder and shrink wrap the connections. I know i can use pinch connectors but find them a faff.

If your headunit is out, what is your quadlock attached to? When I removed mine, it was indeed very stiff, but a few minutes gentle wiggling did the trick. Also, make sure you flip open the release cradle which locks it in place...

Its an aftermarket Sony unit which fully disconnects, leaving me an iso lead quadlocked to the original loom. Will have another bash, i can be a bit heavy handed now and again, it was my daughter that christened me gorilla grip as when i tighten something it stays tightened.
