Bluetooth/AUX/USB issue on 2012 Ford Fiesta Titanium

Featured Replies

Hi !

I just bought a 2012 ford fiesta and got a problem when trying to turn bluetooth on

When i press the phone button, the menu opens, i can check the bluetooth on box and everything seems good but i cant find ford audio in my bluetooth settings, i tried several phones but it doesnt work.. Plus, when i go in the phone selection menu it crashes and gets back to radio menu...

The aux doesnt work either and i cant do the radio update via usb because it doesnt detect the usb stick..

I tried getting the battery out for several minutes, changing the fuses.. none of that worked !

Does anyone has an idea ?

Sorry for my english, i am french and don't speak english very well 😵💫

Thanks a lot

This sounds like the same problem I have on a 2012 Focus. Took it to Ford and they said the bluetooth module had failed, as the aux and USB all go through the same module. The module for the Fiesta lives on the back of the carpet above the passenger footwell I think, and will have a part number probably CS7T-14D212-AB. If you can locate the module some people have had success by simply unplugging it for a while then plugging back in.
