Hi all. Yesterday I received an email from Ford asking me to carry out an online survey of the quality of my new Fiesta and please to fill it in by 21 oct 2022. The only trouble is I am still waiting for my new Fiesta.

Got on to my dealer to check that he hadn't received it and hadn't told me. He assured me that he hadn't got it and all he had was an estimated build date of late October. Hopefully it might Ford sending the wrong email and the actual build date is 21 Oct 2022. I doubt I could be that lucky but I can always live in hope. Car ordered 19 Apr 2022.

Probably it is just one Ford department not talking to another.
