I think this wins the award for most unusual problem this week...

Short answer is you can't get it out without removing the whole dash and it probably will eventually cause damage.  Could get trapped in a direction flap and snap that off of it's mount.  Or could end up in the blower and you don't want that hitting the fan.

If you're really lucky, it may have dropped all the way through and now be sitting in the bottom next to the pollen filter.  I'd pull the filter out and use a magnet & a mirror to see if I could find it.

Did exactly this in my 2012 Kuga, it rattled around for a while then dropped through to the heater box drain where it perfectly sealed the drain tube . Cost £400 for the main agent to find the cause of flooding in the footwells.

You should be able to remove the vent and put an extendable/telescopic magnet into the ducting and get it out.

If not, remove the lower dash panel or glovebox, depending on side, remove the face vent and remove the ducting from the HVAC and it should roll out
