Mondeo 2010 Mk4 - Engine malfunction

Just recently the engine malfunction text appeared on the screen on my Ford Mondeo 2.0L diesel.

Not sure if related, but I changed the car's oil and oil filter just approx. 200kms ago.

Also "service oil" appeared before the malfunction msg. I checked I used the correct oil and no leaks in the system.

Engine runs as smooth as ever though.

Also insant fuel, average fuel and fuel left readings haven't shown anything for a while before the malfunction.

Also no logged error codes!

I'm confused. Any ideas?
