New battery Dec 2021 - replaced under goodwill

confirmed battery still healthy and charging with no parasitic draw. But noticed the car took a while to fully power down ?trying to locate proximity key, seemed to power down when key moved further away?

Car is used daily and average mileage. But when turned off get notification that car has entered deep sleep.  this alert can be as little as 5mins after getting out of car.

Ford have tried to blame on not enough mileage, software updates trying to push through. But not convinced.
It has also had TCU replaced recently due to a ABS fault and another item for the emergency call assist malfunction

Any suggestions on what could be the issue

Before we disappear down the very popular 'rabbit hole' regarding this subject, get a digital multi meter and measure the voltage at the battery terminals 1 hour after the car has been parked.

Post back the value and it will give us a good indication of whats going on.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your battery is seriously FLAT. Mystery of 'deep sleep' solved.

So get yourself a Maypole smart battery charger from Amazon and get the battery charged. Don't ask your auto electrician for help or advice since anyone who says a battery at 12.1V is fine clearly have know idea of what they are doing.

Leave the battery connected on the car. Connect positive lead of the charger to the positive battery terminal. Next connect negative lead to the cars main earth point NOT to the battery negative terminal. Your battery is so flat it is going to take at least 12 hours to fully recharge.
