Not sure if I'm the right area but need help with my headlights.

Good evening all. I am not sure where to post this but I require help with my headlights.

 

I bought this car and the headlights that are on it are not the standard ones and also are for left hand drive cars not right hand. 

 

I bought another set need a refurb as the lense has discoloured but I thought I would try them out first. However I have no headlights on at all.

is the wiring different for the projection style compared to halogen and if they are can I make them so they are compatible?
