DPF issues

Featured Replies

Hi all. I have a problem with my DPF System...I had the eml come on a few weeks ago and assumed DPF was blocked, I took the car on a 60ml run keeping in 3-4th all the way and deleted codes prob seemed solved for a few days, a we used forscan to try and do a static regen but would not do that we tried a new pressure sensor but same issues ...we then found one of the pressure tubes was totalled so we replaced both but we still could not do it message was soot levels to high or to low so we removed dpf and chemically cleaned it that did not work ...we checked the pressures we have a fixed reading from the original ford one of 828 kps and also a fixed reading from the replacement of 77kps..neither fluctuates when revving except the original will flicker between the 828 and 0..any ideas please
