Hi I have a 2017 Focus Titanium x that has Synch 3. 

Does anybody know if Ford stop issuing updates for the Synch once the vehicle is over five years old as I haven't been able to obtain any updates from Ford web site for over a year now. Have tried speaking to Ford customer service and they tell me to contact my local dealer who tell me to contact customer service.

    Many thanks is cyanlabs  similar to the way you update from Ford as I haven't heard of this site before

    It's the exact same software, just provided in a far more user friendly way. The files are generally several months newer than those for Ford UK/Europe.

    Many here on the FOC use CyanLabs because of update problems.

    They are a helpful bunch of guys should you need assistance but most people just follow the site instructions and all works as it should.

    I second this, used for my partners Mk8 Fiesta and my Mk4 Focus. Much easier than faffing with the Ford site.

    I have recently used Cyanlabs to update my SYNC 3 from 3.4.22200 to 3.4.22251 (including F11 Maps).
