I’m thinking of buying a Ford Kuga.

This is the advisory on the next MOT due in March & was wondering if it’s anything major to worry about.

  • oil residue on near side rear brake caliper posable from lubrication of park brake linkage.

    seems a bit picky, maybe a good clean will sort it.

    If someone's been spraying lube on the caliper then it's probably on its last legs.  

    Chances are it'll pass another MOT but I'd budget for a caliper replacement myself.
