hi new to the forum.ive owned my 1.8 escort gti for about 5 months now and for the last 2 months its been using loads of water.i top it up about twice a week.theres no sign of a leak in the radiator,bottle or any of the pipes.ive had the head gasket tested and thats fine,the thermo is fine and it doesnt read hot on the gauge.the car runs fine.any ideas ? many thanks dave.

    water loss is eather internal or external if you say the head gasket is ok i would get a pressure test done on the externals, it could be leaking and steaming away without you noticeing.
