Always liked the old clam-shell style phones, samsung, moto etc. Spotted a cheap brand new in box Razr v3i  £20.00 and grabbed it, much smaller than my P30 pro and now unless someone actively rings me it sits in my pocket quietly. It runs on my new Lebara sim no internet, facebook, emails etc as not setting them up, and it hides nicely in my suit when i wear one, no unsightly bulges LOL Should this have gone in a things i like  ?

Ive still got a 3310, a SE K800i (the joystick one) an HTC windows one and something else i don't remember and all work. Yep back in the days when they were phones and not mini computers.

I've still got a brand new, still in the box Nokia N97mini

It has a flip out qwerty keyboard with 'real buttons'. Back in the day I had a few of them and was quite sad when Nokia phones became a thing of the past. One day my N97mini might end up on the Antiques Road Show 🤣

just a pain trying to find the software so it will talk to my laptop may need to use my FORscan one as its still XP/Win 7 compatible, had to resort to torrents, just waiting on them kicking in.

I loved my N97 Mini...was my last non-smart phone, still have it somewhere. Probably with all the other old Nokia's; NK702, 8310, The Matrix phone (whatever number that was), plus some others. I went to the Windows phones after the mini, Lumia 920 and 950, and then to the Nokia 8 Android phone which died suddenly back in April. HAve a Samsung A53 5G now....hate the Samsung UI.

as did i, lasted a week with my S9. Why cant makers just build a phone then allow the user to fill it with garbage, instead of having to root and delete them yourself, same with my Dell laptop i bought this time last year, killed it wiped it and "just" put windows on no bloatware, tho that comes with some bloat ware to remove. Never realyy got into Linux etc

I still have 2 old work horses, Nokia 6210, battery life of almost 2 weeks, crystal clear calls, and though not promoted as a 'rugged' phone, has been dropped more often that a modern day WAG!

I still regret trading in my 1st ever mobile phone, a Motorola 8800X, one of the original 'bricks' bought in 1989. Battery life on a good day was about 4 hours LOL
