Sorry If this has been answered before; Yesterday I got in the car and dropped the driver and passenger electric windows to clear them… when I put them back up the passenger one functioned correctly, automatically going up…. The drivers side one is a different story, it did not automatically go up, so I raised it manually but when it go to the top it automatically goes back down… stopping with around 2 inch of window showing.

Every time I raise the window, as soon as it hits the top it goes back down again.

 

I watched a video that says lift the window up then hold the button up for 2 seconds, don’t all that but still not working … any tips/ideas please 

The problem you have is actually a feature called 'Bounce Back'

You need to reset it, and it's a real pain to do. You will probably have to try 4 or 5 times before you succeed.
