My powertrain warning light comes on but the car runs fine the only thing is that the cruise control and auto stop don’t work when the warning light is on can anyone help

    You need to read the diagnostic codes. Ideally one that can read the Ford specific ones like Forscan or something else that reads more than just generic DTCs.

    Yes, get codes.

    Forscan is a very cheap way of saving you serious dealer diagnostics, now that you are out of warranty.

    Just plug in while the fault is active and read the codes.

    You can also reset the modules and clear the codes and fix the problem, sometimes
