Ford Active 2020 heated passenger mirror not working 

I've heard about low battery issues could this be the reason or is it a fuse ? 

Drivers and heater screen work fine  

Any advise would be appeached

    Remove the glass and put a multimeter across the terminals it, if you get 12v when turned on then its the glass
