Hi guys anyone have any idea what the switch below the gear selector does, its marked with a P, there is no mention of it in the cars instruction manual, and I can't find any reference to it on the few wiring diagrams I have.

That's a button to switch the Parking Sensors off, useful if you have Sensors all round and are manoeuvring in a tight space with good visibility.

Thanks Tizer, now I know that would be useful as we have to get very close to our neighbours fence when entering our garage.

Front parking sensors off, the arrow is pointing to the front
