    fit it yourself mate, buy yourself some worths bonder and sealer and take your back bumper off and leave it over night to settle, you really cant go wrong with the fitting. As for the spraying you'd be safer leaving that to the pro's and just price about in your area for cheapest one.

    look up rocker1722 he has one fitter, i believe up your way, i am down south cost me £200 Painted and fitted
