Front and rear wipers no water

I've got a 2016 Focus titanium X. All of a sudden the wipers have stopped spraying water on both the front and rear.

When the headlights are on water is still sprayed onto the headlights, causing me to think it isn't a clogged reservoir.

I'm assuming it's not the pump or is there a seperate pump for the headlights?

Wipers work fine, just no water and no 'noise' when I try to use the water!

    Front and Rear screen use the same pump.

    Headlights have a separate high pressure pump.
