Transit courier turbo fault

Hi I have a 2014 transit courier, its reading as turbo faults the problem itself is intermittent, its had a service recently, but still showing the service light... when service light is on the van has no boost and as I say reading turbo sensor code, when the light goes off every now and then engine management light stays on but boosts as should any help greatly appreciated as garage wants to replace turbo I just really don't think the turbos at fault
