Evenin all and a very Happy inbetween Christmas and New Year to yer . 

I need your know how on how to remove the chrome/rubber weather strip on the driver's door of my Mk3 Focus . Youtube hasn't been any help , I'm guessing that the door mirror needs to come off (and of course in my case I've got Climair wind deflectors . That's gonna make for a fun task 🤔 ) 

I have a small dent on the door that I'm hoping I can get to without the fuss of 'off with the door card'
