Ford Fiesta tdci , whistling noise

Hi 

I have a Ford Fiesta 1.6 tdci and it has recently been making a faint whistling noise when idling. 
I hear the noise more after I rev the engine.

I’ve thought it might of been the pulleys on the auxiliary belt but I’ve just sprayed wd40 on them and it still makes the noise when it’s idling . I changed the auxiliary belt 2 years ago and had the cambelt and water pump done on it last year.

Would anyone have any ideas what it could be.
