Sensor Blocked

Featured Replies

Is it only me that find the safety devices a hazard? I was driving to work and the orange rectangle popped up saying sensor blocked then saying collision assist not working, trying to read it as I'm driving along, I've had it before on cold mornings, I believe the sensor is in the windscreen and mists up when cold, I checked the grill before and no sensor there, it's fine glancing at my speedo but when I have to read something I'm not looking at the road.

Not as much of a hazard as systems that apply the brakes when you, and the driver behind, are not expecting it. That's a real hazard.

I had the anti collision come on, a car pulled out last minute, to make a point drove quite close for an overtake, luckily my car didn't apply brakes, if not it could have been a head on with a car heading the other way, I've turned the setting anti collision to low now
