2019 focus mk4 fog lights don’t work

both my front and back fog lights do not work in my 2019 1.0 focus st line x, looking in the manual there are no fuses marked for the fog lights, does anyone know what fuse this is or if they are fed from anything else?

    The fog lights only work when other lights are on. 

    You may have to move the switch to 'On' instead of auto.
