Issue with AC control on 2013 Eco tech 1ltr ford focus

Hi guys

So the AC on my 2013 Eco tech 1ltr ford focus was stuck on defrost even though when I change positions on the AC control.....thought it may be a vacuum leak, but this has since changed & now only working the front & bottom fans even when I move controls albeit the fans don't seem to push out as much air as they did when working 

Any ideas on what the issue may be please, guessing the AC control may be faulty, also it only appears to blow hot air once the car has been running for a while even when cold is selected

I have changed the cabin air filter but nothing’s changed
