Just bought a 2021/22 Focus 1.5 Diesel from Trustford, I thought I could Trust Ford. When it arrived I had to put 5ltrs of Adblu into it. That raised alarms so I asked had it been serviced and was told yes, when I checked on Ford data base no record of any service? So I did a Carcheck on line, and the vehicle was listed as something completely different not the ST Line X I had purchased.

The car is recorded as covered 20k+ miles, yet the front tyres are down to bars, I am worried that it has never been serviced from new. So I have asked Ford UK to advise, but no reply.

Lastly, I want to change the engine oil as a precaution, but cannot find correct oil/filter, and where drain plug is (or can it be sucked out?). It says nothing in user booklet.

And doing a search on Google on anything about Focus mk4 is futile. I cannot even find engine oil capacity?

Return it for a FULL refund plus the cost of the adblue. Go elsewhere

Adblue is a consumable item.  I wouldn't expect that to be filled before delivery, in the same way I wouldn't expect the fuel tank to be filled.

First thing to do is get a printout of the service directly from TrustFord to back up their claim.  

(I've also had a poor experience with TrustFord...I certainly wouldn't 'trust' them any more than any others!)

I find that the Focus Owners Handbook contains useful information like the oil capacity.
