I have recently purchase2009 a focus zetec which I'm really happy about (obviously) but I'm noqlw wanting to add a few upgrades as it came with a basic 6000CD head unit and not much else. I'm looking to add an aftermarket andriod head unit and install a reversing camera. 

Can anyone here recommend a decent but affordable unit that I would be useful for what I'm after?

Or if anyone has any experience of an andriod unit that I should avoid?

I’ve got a Ownice unit in my Focus, bought off Aliexpress. 
 

It’s a 7inch tablet screen so it came with its own fascia to fit into the Focus dash - there are also versions with smaller screen that fit into the original fascia if you wanted. 
 

Im no expert on all the different specs and options but it works ok for me. Reversing camera I already had fitted from when I upgraded originally with a windows CE unit, the camera fits into the tailgate trim and replaces one of the numberplate lights with camera plus it’s own LED for lighting up the plate. Only drawback there I’ve had the LED fail and needed to replace the whole camera unit but current one lasting ok
