Hi all , 1st post on here as a new owner of a 64 plate  Focus 1.0 125 Eco Boost Titanium Navigator with the sony sat nav. I can`t find a radio code for the car in my service book or any other paperwork for that matter. In fact I don`t even know if a radio code is required, I have contacted the supplying Ford Main Dealer and they have no knowledge of a code either . My worry is that if I have to disconnect the battery at anytime will I loose my radio use.....any help in this matter would be gratefully appreciated , thanks in advance .

    Indeed, attached post earlier clearly states that... Odd too that his Ford Main Dealer couldn't enlighten him to that fact LOL

    In addition, a '64 plate' anything means nothing to me personally as Northern Ireland do not use that system, so I often have no idea of the age/model of the car spoken about LOL

    Plate system is easy enough to decipher.

    04 - 2004

    54 - Mid 2004

    14 - 2014

    64 - Mid 2014

    24 - 2024

    74 - Mid 2024

    (Ok, so it's not quite that simple as plates change in March & September, but it's close enough lol).
