Oil in intake breather

Hi guys

My brother in law has got a bit of oil in the intake pipe but no oil in the air filter.

We don't know if this is normal or not.

Here is a picture of it:

Ford focus zetec s 1.5.  2015 nearly 70k miles

    We are talking about it and its like a puddle of oil so we were bit skeptical about it.
